In Plasmid, you control a bacterium strain called the
Jupiter Sphinx, an organism that feeds on germs. The
Jupiter Sphinx consumes germs by piercing them, which,
in turn, makes the Jupiter Sphinx's body grow. The body,
however, is vulnerable to the germs, and the slightest
touch could destroy the Jupiter Sphinx. You must ensure
that the Jupiter Sphinx consumes its share of germs
before the germs instead destroy the very bacterium that
keeps them under control.

Game Modes

Effortless - Sandbox mode in which germs are slow and
the Jupiter Sphinx does not grow vulnerable body parts.

Challenging - Germs move fast, spawn rapidly, and the
Jupiter Sphinx grows vulnerable body parts.

Impossible - Germs move incredibly fast, spawn at
ridiculous rates, and the Jupiter Sphinx can grow a very
long body. You won't last long.
